Costieres de Nimes is one of regions of South of France and an excellent source of quality Rosé. This Rosé is a blend of Southern Rhone red grapes and is dry, with a nice pale strawberry red colour and delicate hints of raw red berry on the nose and mouth.

FRANCE
Chateau La Baronne 2002, Corbieres A/C €22.95
Fresh aromas of crushed dark berries and pepper in this full-bodied blend of Carignan, Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah. Inruiging flavours of violet, blackberry, and roasted herbs, leading to a full flavoursome finish.

Chateau Vignelaure ‘’Espirit de Nijinsky’’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2003/04,
South of France €23.95
Named after the Triple Crown winner in 1970, when Nijinsky was trained bu Vincent O’Brien.
This wine is made by O’Brien’s son David at chateau Vignelaure in Provence and is an excellent combimation of classical and New world wine making techniques. It is dry yet soft with upfront fruit and subtle oak.

L’ Orangerie de Chateau Carignan 2002/2003, AC Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux €29.50
Chateau Carignan under the guidance of owner Phillipe Pieraerts and consultant Louis Mitjavile(of Tertre Roteboeuf and Roc de Cambes fame) is receiving rave reviews. The
L’ Orangerie de chateau Carignan 2001 is produced from mainly Merlot with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It is a concentrated, balanced yet approachable Bordeaux red.
